Excellent company to deal with.Extremely high level of professionalism and technical expertise. Very reasonable rates for quality service and technical knowledge.There are always cheaper companies in the world with no customer service or passion for their work.Would happily recommend PCXtra to anyone looking for quality work from a local team who put pride their work.A company who gets to know their customers and you are not treated as just another transaction or number.Wish there were more companies who still focus on customer service.

Alvin was very helpful in assessing my computer and the follow-on repair. He was upfront with all of the costs and provided friendly service. And the store is easy to get to in Broadway Fair. We'll be bringing our other laptop to get a service as well.

Before I drop my computer there it was only the screen problem, after they 'inspected' it's totally screw....can't even charge and now everything in my computer is gone...and I pay 60 for this. Trust me don't go this place

I took my computer there and they charged me $60 inspection fees and at that time they didn’t say anything about they can fix my computer or not. I wait until they almost gonna close shop and they call me to pick up my computer. My computer looked even didn’t get touch at all and they cannot fix it and suggested me buy a new computer. My $60 cannot get refund at all. Very bad service and experience.
