This morning my laptop refused to operate. Panic station. Rang Stephen who immediately answered and was able to step through a process and BINGO the laptop works. Highly recommend his company!

Stephen responded really quickly to my request for help and following our discussion I was happy to engage his services. I found Stephen to be careful, confident and caring. He explained what he was doing in a most efficient manner and he was able to outline a number of areas where he was able to improve significantly the overall functioning of my computer. Thanks for your IT support this year, particularly during March and April where I had to work from home. As a peripatetic teacher I visit many schools daily, so I do a lot of prep work and photocopying from home. Without your help with my printer and computer, and your endless advice with IT support, I would have been very lost this year.
